Know about CMAT
The CMAT is a National Level Management Entrance Exam which is conducted for admissions in Post Graduate Management courses approved by NTA. The Common Management admission test CMAT is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The candidates who want to do MBA, PGCM, and PGDM are required to take CMAT. The CMAT exam is conducted once in a year.

Marking Scheme CMAT 2019
- Exam Mode: The CMAT exam is a computer-based test and is conducted online
- Exam Duration: The time duration of exam is 180 minutes. The candidate will get 3 hours for giving answers.
- Marking Scheme: 4 marks shall be awarded for each correct answer.
- Negative Markings: there is a provision of negative marking. If a candidate gives wrong answer, is one mark will be deducted. Zero marks shall be awarded for unattended questions
- Sitting arrangement: At the test venue, each candidate will be seated on a separate desk with a computer terminal. The candidate will be provided with a scratch paper for calculations. At the end of the test, candidate shall have to leave the scratch paper at the desk. It is not allowed to do rough work on any other paper or sheet. The candidate is not allowed to take anything with him inside the examination hall. The candidate will also not be provided with any break during the test.
