CPCT 2020 application form
Government of MP has announced the CPT A 2020 exam dates to be held on 22th & 29th Feb 2020, 1st March 2020. Computer Proficiency and Certification Test (CPCT) is mandatory for data entry/ IT Operator/ Assistant Grade-3/ steno/ shorthand/typist and other similar positions in the Departments, corporations and agencies under Government of Madhya Pradesh. CPCT is a Computer Based examination to assess the computer related competencies through Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Typing skill of English and Hindi of a candidate.
The candidate should apply online before 3rd February 2020 for CPCT examination.

Following are the steps through which CPCT registration can be done:
MP CPCT application form 2020 shall be filled on the website (www.cpct.mp.gov.in) or MAP-IT portal (www.mapit.gov.in).
The candidate can fill up its application form either in Hindi or in English.
On the CPCT official website candidate should click on the tab ‘register now’.
After the successful registration, The candidate will receive his login credentials
Login details of CPCT portal of the candidate will be sent on registered Email ID and the message will be received by the candidate on his registered mobile number.
The candidate should log in again to fill up the application form.
The candidate should Pay Exam fees And then fill up the complete application form
Candidate should verify all the details carefully before submitting the application form
The candidate should note that CPCT application form once submitted successfully cannot be modified later on.
After successful registration and payment of test fees, the candidate will be issued admit card.
Why is CPCT conducted?
- It gives a uniform testing system for assessment of basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
- Develop computer proficient talent pool; based on acceptable standards for computer and keyboard proficiency.
- It will help all the Govt. departments, Corporations, and all other agencies for their relevant Computer proficient human resource requirements at various levels.
- To develop a transparent, fair, Reliable system to assess relevant capabilities of Candidate.
